As some of you are aware we have been working on automating the way you book your tee times. In the past members have booked by e-mail, using the league schedules on the website. We then manually make a list of these requests and develop tee times. Automating how we receive and manage will make the process more efficient for both Golfaround and you the members. The form will be sent to you embedded in an e-mail and you can use either your computer, ipad or phone to complete it and submit it. There will be a start and finish time to fill in the form as per the existing procedures.
We have tested the form on a sample of the users and we think that it will meet all our needs in a satisfactory fashion.
