I am sure those of us who participated in Yoga this winter are excited for our first games so we can see the increased flexibility, stronger golf swings, and better strength and balance. I know a number of us were sad to see yoga finish, but Krista left us with a cheat sheet so we can maintain our core strength and balance, so no excuses.
A big thank you to Krista for her coaching, encouragement and flexibility. We especially enjoyed the surprise she promised for our last session. What a treat incorporating oils into our poses and what a way to finish. Savasana included an oil massage to our brow, neck and shoulders putting us into total relaxation.
