We are excited to once again offer this program, thanks to Krista one of our members. It is designed to help you improve your game and find balance in both the mind and body. Find core stability to increase your golf swing, increase range of motion, build awareness of muscular imbalances, and prevent injury. The golf yoga classes are not your typical yoga class. The exercises in the session are functional movement based so we break down our movements into small simple actions isolating muscle groups. – We will even adjust a few of the “regular” yoga poses to fit our golf stance so we are working on muscle memory for the tee box.
Don’t worry if you are brand new to yoga – this is a great introduction. Likewise, If you are an experienced yogi there will be lots of little tips and tricks that might be new for you too.
