Edmonton April 25th at The Ranch
Calgary April 28th Cottonwood
It was April 24th and we headed out on our trip to Edmonton for their Orientation and Social April 25th. When we got to North Deerfoot Trail it was a white out and I, Dianne, white knuckled it until it cleared just past Airdrie. I am sure Kristy was not loving it either. We did notice a small difference between the two Orientation/Socials in regards to the weather. It is Alberta in the Spring we never know what we are going to get. It was a great turnout in Edmonton and Calgary and we enjoyed renewing old friendships and catching up on what happened during the winter months. Both cities have a number of new members and we are so happy to have them, it was great to feel the excitement in the room, it just buzzed with anticipation. Michelle, our manager in Edmonton, did a great job and I know that the gals in the north will enjoy having her on board just as we do. Chris, Patti, Tammy and Lynn were a great help at the Edmonton event as were Donna and Gail here in Calgary. Thanks so very much ladies for your help, don’t know what we’d do without you. So the season starts and we are looking so forward to a fabulous season filled with fun, good times and good golf.
