We added a couple of new teaching venues and teaching professionals in Edmonton to our team. Garrett Hadfield who works out of The Quarry Golf Course will be teaching for us this season. The photo is him and Natalie Gulbis on the range at the CN women’s open. “She needed her irons “tweeked” so I got to work with her. My favourite experience from Vancouver.”
“I turned professional in 2009 while working at the Cardiff G&CC. I spent one more season there before moving to the Leduc Golf Course as the Head Professional. After a few seasons at Leduc I took a job with TaylorMade as a Master Club Fitter. Worked 2 years as a fitter in Edmonton, then spent the 2015 year in Vancouver. I am happy and excited to be back on the proshop side of the industry and am very excited to be apart of the Quarry team.
Stay tuned for bio’s on others next month.
In Calgary we will have added Tyler LeBouthiller to the teaching team. He works out of Lynx Ridge.
Tyler has been a golf professional for the last 11 years and has a passion for teaching people of all ages and abilities. What he enjoys most about teaching golf is helping his students gain skills, building their confidence and developing a love for the game of golf. He also competes in tournaments within the PGA of Alberta and the PGA of Canada, and is currently ranked 31st in Canada. Tyler looks forward to working with Golfaround helping his students achieve their golfing goals with his flexible teaching approach and extensive experience.
